What is Elite Badminton Academy?

There will be performances review every term by ALL four coaches. Where all four coaches agree that certain players deserve to be promoted, will there result in a promotion.

With this new EBA structure, this will bring in a professional system of training that will bring all our athletes to the next level, and the ultimate goal is for you all to experience what it's like to be a top athlete, regardless of whether that is the journey you would like to embark on.

We must also reiterate to all parents and students here, to make it crystal clear, that it is NOT easy to gain a promotion. It is a rule that will be implemented VERY strictly.

By this, we have come to an agreement that your attitude during group trainings will be valued and reviewed primarily. Hard work is the key to succeeding.

Students who are outstanding and handpicked by our team will be promoted to the next level.

Demotion twice in a row will result in expulsion from our EBA Squad, permanently. The reasoning behind, is that if you do not value or treasure your place in the Squad with importance, there will be others who will gladly take your place."

On the contrary, should you be on the opposite end, there is a chance you will be demoted to the prior level.
